Security

With a masters degree and more than 20 years of law enforcement experience under his belt, Phil will be there when you need him. EIP has never had any major security issue in the past, but Phil always does whatever it takes to make sure our tenants feel safe and comfortable.  During extended breaks and vacations, we monitor all of our properties watching for signs of break-ins and suspicious activity.

 If you sign a lease with EIP, you'll probably meet Phil within the first few days of moving in, as he uses that time to personally introduce himself to tenants. Our goal is to begin what we hope will be a long-lasting relationship through out your stay in Charleston.
