Our office is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 am - 5:00 pm. Eastern Illinois Properties is located on the historical town square at 622 Jackson Avenue, Charleston, IL. We have an office on the second floor of the building. If you wish to speak with a team member feel free to visit us during normal buisness hours.
Yes, upon signing an additional pet lease.
Upon signing a lease, you will be asked to sign a form for electric, water, and cable/Internet services. Our office staff will make sure the utilities are on and ready as of the beginning date on your lease.
Move-in dates depend on when the current tenants move out, as well as how much maintenance needs to be completed. Fill out a "move in early" request form, obtainable at our office, or e-mail us at office@eiprops.com to let us know you need one.
All of our properties can be provided fully furnished, upon request. This will include living room furniture, kitchen table with chairs, beds, and dressers. The living room furniture varies depending on the location. Our Orchard Park location comes fully furnished with one couch, one to two chairs, coffee table, end table, kitchen table with chairs, beds, dressers, and desks.
"All Inclusive" includes rent, electric, gas, water, cable, internet, trash pickup, and lawn care, and additional amenities of your choice.
Typically the deposit is due within approximately two weeks of signing the lease.
