Some of the amenities offered at Eastern Illinois Properties include the following:

Cleaning Service:

Let us do the dirty work! We'll come by on a regular basis and scrub your kitchen and bathrooms, saving you time and money and reducing move-out stress.

Meal Plan:

Each week we'll provide you with a supply of quick and easy-to-prepare meals, making your trips to the store few and far between. In addition, we'll provide you with a toaster oven for your convenience.

Supplies Service:

Similar to our Meal Plan, we'll take care of your need for dry goods, including but not limited to toilet paper, paper towels, paper plates, trash bags, and more.

At Home Printer, Copier, Scanner Combo:

This option will eliminate the hassles of going to the computer lab and needing to put money on your card just for printing.  This is an amenity that everyone should have, especially if you are a student.

Infinity Fitness:

Don't fight the crowds at the Rec. Take advantage of unlimited access to all the equipment at Infinity Fitness, located on the corner of Lincoln and University.

All Inclusive Option:

Most of our properties have the option to be "all inclusive." This includes rent, electric/gas, water, cable, internet, trash, lawn care, and additional amenities of your choice. You won't find a more trouble-free lifestyle anywhere else in town!
